Modified AI Sounds For Default 737
If you think the default jet sounds for the Boeing 737-800 sound more like a hairdrier than an airplane, then this sound set will help change that. This is a tweaked and mixed set of sound effects which give a more throaty and realistic experience with the AI heavies.

Sounds For AI Turboprops
If you think the default sounds for the twin props such as the de Havilland Dash 8 sound too lightweight, then that's because they're mapped to use the Beech King Air 350. This set is a tweaked and mixed version of those sounds to give a deeper engine sound. These are not modelled to be authentic sounds for the turbo props but are merely to provide an improvement on the default.

Peter James's Jet Soundset
This soundset is based on the real default sound sets, with a few custom wav files to override existing ones. Installation is simple. What this sound set brings to life is a much better cockpit environmental sound set. You will hear the overwhelming sound of the cooling fans for avionics, the blowing of air of the environmental system and the famous "ticker" sound from the standby gauges - vibrator that keeps them "loose" so they don't stick! That is most of the noise you hear all the time. Then the engines will drone quitely in the background.

Cockpit Gauges

Groundhandling gauges 5.0
What it offers:
- A Pushback gauge:
The Pushback sequence can be performed automatically, by setting the time it should be pushed straight back, plus the desired turn angle. During Pushback, you can change the views. To support Pushback operation, the cockpit-ground conversation is made audible.
- A Taxispeed gauge:
Controls the groundspeed of the aircraft while taxiing, by manipulating the throttles AND the brakes if needed. Has an ARM mode, so it can be activated automatically e.g. after landing or after a pushback.
- A Brakes gauge:
Shows the position of the Parking Brakes, and lets you (de-)activate them. Displays the brake pressure applied to the main brakes. Makes the sound of the brakes audible.

TCAS and Traffic Display 2.0
This TCAS and Traffic Display Gauge Version 2.0 includes significant improvements from V1.0. It has been developed for the FSX Flight Simulator SP1/2 also. It should also work with Acceleration. The functionality for the TCAS part is based on general specs for commercial aircrafts. It does not provide in detail the function for a specific aircraft model. It is a generic gauge, and can be simple added to any aircraft as a standalone popup window. In addition the gauge provides a AI traffic display in the ranges of 10,20, and 40 miles.Within this display mode, no TCAS rules are valid, which means all AI aircraft are displayed independent of any altitude or distance.
Improvements in V2.0 are: 1: Full TCAS and traffic display capability is provided even though your aircraft is on the ground. Only the trigger of the alarm/warn sound and the blinking lamp display willbe blocked. 2: An AI HDG pointer will be displayed. It shows in which direction the AI is moving. 3: A bearing pointer has been introduced. It allows the pilot to point to a specific AI.4: The AI additional text info display follows the structure of an ATC text.5:The AI additional text can be selected individually per AI with a mouse click. 6: Each AI display contains a ID index number (0 – 20).7: The design of the TCAS and Traffic Display Box has been updated.8: Increased the number of AIs displayed on the screen in display mode.

Modifications

Airport Light Environment v 1.0
This file redesigns all airport lighting for every airport in both FSX and FS2004. This file will display exactly the same in both FSX and FS2004 but the file is optimised to be used with Bloom within FSX to give a fantastic, realistic feel to the sim.
By Luke Harvest

FPS Enhancement Package
Updated and corrected version. A collection of textures that are resized files for better performance, all files are amended and sharpened for best experience. This update includes an alpha channel for all 342 textures. The package has proved to offer reported increases of 5 to 15 FPS.
By Tom Knudsen

Xenon Lights 3.0
The third version of the "Xenon Lights" now for the Flight Simulator FSX. Realistic xenon lights with complete newly designed textures, now in four different grades of detail and brightness. This texture pack adds a special realistic xenon light for all aircraft, offering a much better view to the runway or taxiway. This texture package changes the default lights from FSX to the modern xenon look. Easy installation manual and previews and textures for restoring back to the FSX default lights are included. (Each of the two previous versions of the xenon files had more than 13000 downloads).

Greek Ship TrafficX 1.00
Adds Ai ships in Greece. Features :Realistic routes based on Google Earth, Realistic timetable based on actual data, Models are FSX default so no FPS issues ,25 unique routes.

Longer Contrails
AI have always thought something was missing in FS and that was longer contrails. Without the need of any software you can have this effect. I have to thank Jan Rosenberg for his ai_fx that taught me how to edit the contrails in fs. These fx files have the contrails life set at 350 seconds (roughly 50 miles). I find this to be the most realistic to see your ai airplanes turn over VOR's and such. In the real world contrails can last a few seconds to hours depending on the atmospheric conditions.

Utilities

Taxi Navigation (+Destination Weather Reporter) v1.0
Do you prepare airport charts of every airport you visit, or just follow the progressive taxi to do taxiing? This utility will make taxiing easy and realistic by providing simple taxi navigation information in text. While taxiing, press "Ctrl + Shift + X", then taxi navigation information will be displayed. It includes current taxiway name, intersecting taxiways' name and distance (e.g. "On R7 : R2 (250m), R1 (643m), A (748m), A7 (748m)"). And one more thing, it also provides destination weather report. It can be very helpful to set up exact T/D(Top of Descent), by assuming expected runway with wind information. Enter destination airport before flight, and press "Ctrl + Shift + W" while flying, then destination weather information will be displayed. It looks like METAR and includes wind direction and speed, visibility, temperature, dew point and pressure (e.g. "RKPK 29403KT 47SM 32/23 1010mb").

FS Real WX
Best freeware weather engine around ,really makes a difference. It decodes METAR and upper wind data (additional weather information such as types of clouds are in preparation) and sends it to the flight simulator. If you are looking for a weather importing software that won't chew up into your resources and will perform the task it was written for, then you may consider this little program. Your PC doesn't even know it's running and FSX weather is rock-solid interpretation of METARs that were downloaded and inserted into the sim.
